But beyond the beauty and flavours, it is our hospitality that truly sets us apart. At the heart of our hospitality journey are our promoters — Mr. Ratan Taldar, Mrs. Sapna Taldar and Ms. Dolly Taldar. What began as a chance entry into the hospitality industry soon became a passion-driven pursuit of excellence.

Mr. Ratan Taldar, a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience in diverse industries, brings strategic foresight, business acumen, and an unwavering commitment to quality. His leadership has been instrumental in building strong foundations and driving sustainable growth across all ventures.

Mrs. Sapna Taldar plays an integral role in shaping the guest experience. With her innate sense of warmth, attention to detail, and deep understanding of hospitality, she ensures every guest feels genuinely cared for.

Adding a new dimension to this legacy is their daughter, Ms. Dolly Taldar. Inspired by her father’s journey and driven by a lifelong passion for hospitality, she always knew she wanted to follow in his footsteps. To turn that dream into reality, she built a strong academic and professional foundation. An alumna of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, she holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel management, a master’s degree from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai, and has further refined her expertise at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, one of the world’s leading hospitality schools. Today, her global perspective, drive, and leadership continue to elevate every venture she touches.
