Mrs Sapna Taldar is one of the Promoters and the Whole-Time Director of our Company. She has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. With a strong sense of purpose and an unwavering commitment to both operational excellence and community welfare, she continues to shape the group’s values and vision from within. A firm believer in hospitality with heart, she has spearheaded several impactful charitable outreach programs. Through consistent charitable outreach, she remains deeply involved in uplifting underprivileged communities, making social impact a core pillar of the group's identity. Alongside her philanthropic contributions, she plays a key leadership role in the organisation’s operations. She is actively involved in strategic planning, business expansion, and corporate governance. She has been associated with the Company from its inception.

Ms. Dolly Taldar is one of the Promoters and the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. An alumna of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, she holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel management, a master’s degree from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai, and has also studied at the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne, widely regarded as the world’s leading hospitality school. With a strong focus on guest experience, sustainability and employee motivation, she introduced eco-friendly initiatives such as LED lighting, solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and organic farming for farm-to-table dining. She also implemented the “Hunar Se Rozgar" program, providing hospitality training and employment opportunities to locals. She is passionate about sustainability and eco-tourism, and she remains actively involved with the Eco-Tourism Society of India, ensuring her resort leads in responsible hospitality. With her vision, expertise, and dedication, she consistently sets new standards of excellence in the hospitality sector.

Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharaff is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a distinguished legal and finance professional with over 31 years of experience in project financing, corporate law, and taxation advisory. He specialises in project consultancy and structuring, having successfully guided numerous large-scale projects across sectors like hospitality, manufacturing, mining, and real estate. His expertise in Land Law, particularly in revenue and compliance matters, has been instrumental in resolving property-related legal challenges and optimising land asset utilisation. He is also highly regarded for his in-depth knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, VAT, and income tax litigation.

Mr. Piyush Khatod is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a rich professional background spanning over 10 years in taxation, auditing, and corporate governance. With his extensive experience in direct and indirect taxation, internal audits, and statutory audits, he has become a trusted expert in ensuring compliance, mitigating financial risks, and providing valuable financial insights. In addition to his vast experience in direct and indirect taxation, he is well-versed in project financing, including regulatory compliance and asset verification. He has demonstrated his ability to manage compliance reporting, transaction audits, and stock audits, supporting businesses in maintaining high levels of financial accuracy and integrity.

Mr Rakesh Ramesh Mahindrakar is the Chief Financial Officer of our company and is responsible for leading the financial operations of the organisation with precision, transparency, and a forward-thinking approach. He is a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and strategic planning. He is an alumnus of Mumbai University.

 

Ms. Garima Mittal is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company and is responsible for advising the board of directors, ensuring corporate, secretarial and compliance functions in our Company. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is an alumnus of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and law.
